It doesn't matter how you choose to sell and market your property because you still need a Home Information Pack in order to sell your home. So whether you intend to use an Estate Agent or do the selling yourself, you still require a Home Information Pack (HIP) from the 14th December 2007.

Estate Agents

As Estate Agents you can only market a home if you have a valid Home Information Pack for that property to give to potential buyers. 1st For HIPS can provide a complete service for Estate Agents. We will provide the complete Home Information Pack (HIP) and Energy Performance Certificate. We can supply these documents in electronic format making it easy for you to provide an efficient service for your clients. Thus leaving you with time to deal with the more essential aspects of your business.
