| Prestige Homepacks are simply an upgrade from the standard pack to help your clients stand out from the rest. The Prestige pack provides everything included with the standard pack, but offers added extras that provide you with an edge over competitors. |

| The following standard HIP required documents will be included in a Prestige HIP: |
| |
- Sale statement
- An Energy Performance Certificate
- Evidence of title
- Local authority Search
- Drainage and Water Search
- A property information form
- Home Contents Form

| Additionally, for leasehold properties packs will need to include: |
| |
- A copy of the lease
- Recent service charge accounts and receipts
- Current and planned future works
- Buildings insurance policy details and payment receipts
- Regulations made by the landlord or management company
- Memorandum of articles of the landlord or management company

| In addition to these standard documents the Prestige pack will include: |
| |
| A primary leatherette bound copy will be supplied for the customer |
| |
| Many Sellers may wish to provide a Home Information Pack which stands out from competing properties. For this purpose the Prestige pack is delivered to clients in a quality leatherette bound copy. |
| |
| A second copy of the Hip will be supplied for use by the agent or prospective buyer |
| |
| Many sellers may wish to hold onto their Home Information Pack but still make an additional copy available to prospective buyers from their representing Estate Agents or for the potential buyer to take away. |

| For sellers who wish to provide a format using the latest technology we provide a compact USB containing a copy of the Home Information Pack which can be viewed on most home computers. This allows you to print or email as many copies as you wish. |

| Environmental Advise pack |
| |
| To ensure you and your home are as energy efficient as possible, we include an advice pack on the best way to minimise energy consumption in the standard home. |
| |
| Home move file |
| |
| The Prestige pack also includes an additional home moving pack offering advice and information how to make the process of moving simpler and reminding you of the actions to be completed through checklists ready to complete. |
